Esperaba mas.

El lugar es paradisiaco, la infraestrucutra del hotel es muy buena y la comida de excelente calidad.

El servicio, los tragos de la playa son horribles. licores de mala calidad. No me dieron habitaciones contiguas para estar cerca de mis hijos y la persona de recepcion fue muy grosera cuando le pedi que me lo solucionen, debido a que habia reservado 4 meses antes. las reposeras estan todas reservadas a las 7am, rente una balinesa, me fui a hacer compras y cuando volvi se la habian rentado a otra persona.

No volveré jamás.

Las instalaciones , como las de todos los hoteles de esa categoria. La comida es buena..

Un desastre la atencion del personal de todas las areas. No hay ninguna posibilidad de autoservicio de nada, asi que dependes de la voluntad de cada empleado hasta para pedir un vaso de agua, puede ser que te lo den o no. Nos pasaron muchas cosas feas todos los dias. El frigobar estuvo sin andar 4 dias. Durante la primera semana no me dejaban toallas en la habitacion, tenia que pedirlas cada vez que llegaba dos dias se olvidaron de hacernos las habitaciones Ibamos a desayunar, no habia tazas en la mesa, se las pedia al mozo, me decia que me las tenia que dar otro..y asi... Lo peor, nos robaron una campera en el bar del lobby. Mi hija la dejo en el sillon para subirse al escenario y participar del karaoke...cuando volvio a sentarse, no estaba. Cuando fuimos a reclamar habia otros huespedes reclamando por ojotas, buzos y hasta un celular. Un desastre. Jamas vi personal tan desorganizado y desganado, pase varias comidas sin que me trajeran la bebida, sin posibilidad de servirse , quedabas a merced de la poca voluntad de los empleados. Asistimos a espectaculos de desacuerdos entre ellos, venia la supervisora, nos dejaba una botella en la mesa, inmediatamente venia la moza y decia que eso no se podia y nos la sacaba, volvia la supervisora y la volvia a dejar......y nosotros con la copa vacia mirando como discutian. Fue de verdad desastroso todo. Y describi lo mas importante, me quedan muchisimas cosas sin contar. La incomodidad fue absoluta, jamas nos habia pasado en un hotel de esta categoria.

Bien

Las instalaciones estas muy bonitas, albercas, rio lento, area de niños y playa sencilla pero comoda. Los alimentos estan ricos, buffets muy completos y con gran variedad.

Los cojines de las camas olian super mal a humedad de meses que no se lavaban, los colchones ya super aguados, la habitación 1208 olian mucho a humedad. No tienen elevadores y si vas con carriolas no te ofrecen habitación en planta baja, un problema para subir y bajar tus maletas y esperar a que los carritos te lleven a tu habitación.

Relación calidad precio : muy caro, servicio muy flojo.

El hotel es bonito pero para la categoría de 5* esta un poco dejado. La variedad del bufet está bien aunque la comida es tipo bufet sencilla.

El servicio de habitaciones deja mucho que desear, no hay ni un día que tengas todo tipo de amenities en tu habitación a pesar de que dejes una nota escrita en la habitación para ello, les faltan sábanas y toallas en la piscina y a veces hay que esperar para poder reponer tu toalla o no te las cambian a pesar de haber pedido que lo hagan. Los restaurantes de reserva cuesta encontrar sitio pq guardan sitio para los que pagan el servicio exclusivo TRS o family selection. Hay pocos carritos de golf para moverte por el hotel y cuando ves alguno disponible a veces no te montan y te dicen que son de servicio para socios de TRS o family selection. Para el precio que se paga la cslidad deja mucho que desear, para mi no és un hotel de 5*. La playa del hotel no es bonita, prácticamente no tiene playa para poder disfrutar ya que se la ha comido prácticamente entera el mar, la zona de baño que dejan es pequeña y todos los clientes están amontonados en el mismo sitio.

nos robaron de la habitación dinero en efectivo , fue el personal de limpieza que ingresó mientras fuimos a desayunar , el hotel no acciono como se debe y por supuesto no se responsabiliza de la pérdida

Excepcional … de seguro volvemos!!!

En cuanto a las instalaciones destaco: Mantenimiento, ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, organización, buen estilo, amplitud del complejo y seguridad. En cuanto al servicio: cordialidad, actividades varias, muy buena comida, diversión para diferentes edades, shows de bailarines, música en vivo y fiestas temáticas… una excelente experiencia. Muy recomendable!!!!

Fabuloso

Pasamos año nuevo, quedamos positivamente impactados de lo hermoso que es el lugar, el personal y sus actividades. La fiesta de fin de Año muy padre. Congrats a los organizadores y todo el staff que estaba trabajando.

A parte la comida de fin de año que no era digna del Resort, no tengo ningún comentario negativo.

Muy bien

El resort es precioso y tiene mucha variedad de restaurantes. Las piscinas muy grandes, la de los niños es muy divertida para ellos y una parte de la playa muy limpia y preciosa. Los empleados muy amables. Las instalaciones son enormes y hay muchas cosas que hacer.

Hay variedad de comida pero la calidad es regular. Eché en falta más fruta y verdura. El tema de reservar los restaurantes no me gustó, eso es poco accesible. Mi marido tuvo que levantarse a las 6:30 am para reservar los restaurantes de 2 días ( no dejan más días). Los empleados son muy amables pero tardan mucho para todo. A las 7:30 am ya no había hamacas disponibles. Eché en falta más animación en el día y en la noche. Había demasiada gente, me dió la impresión de que abarcan más de lo que pueden. No hay hamacas ni toallas para todos. Las colas para desayuno y cena son demasiado.

I had a good time.

Food was good. Pool was big and lots of loungers. Nice bathroom in hotel room. Beautiful surroundings. Restaurants were good.

Really hard to book dinner reservations. Can only book 2 days in advance and need to be in line at the lobby at 730am to make a reservation before they sell out. Long lines up for breakfast and lunch buffets. Rocky beach, definitely need water shoes to go in the water. Small area where swimming is allowed in the ocean. No blanket in hotel room.

Overall good value and good time, would probably not stay here again

The property is in a beautiful location and the common areas are very well done and feel luxurious

The rooms seem outdated, did see some mold in the bathrooms, and the bed/couch were extremely uncomfortable. The bed did not even have a comforter, just a light sheet.

Nice trip with a few hiccups but would go back if I got a good deal

Location was great. The beach and property are beautiful. All staff were great, besides the front desk staff who were horrible. Food was fine. We went in with low expectations and I think we were pleasantly surprised. It was better than the food we had on a cruise so we were happy. Drinks were good once you find something you like and that they make well.

Front desk staff was horrible. They lack basic customer service skills. Upon check in they mixed up our three rooms even after being reminded which family gets which room. This resulted in going back and forth to the rooms to the lobby with all of our luggage after a long travel day with many young children. They were extremely rude that they had to fix their mistake and it took forever. Sleeper sofa did not come with sheets, blankets or pillows so we had to go back to the front desk to request those. 4 hours later and 3 more trips down there we finally got them and the kids could finally go to sleep. Beds are made with literally one sheet. Either bring a blanket or request one upon check in because it will likely take hours if not days to actually get to you.

Hotel very old. Plugs didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Bed very uncormfortable it aqueeks a lot. Transportation within the hotel is horrible everything is far away. A lot of mosquitoes. Restaurants are not included so it’s not all inclusive as they advertise.

nice friendly staff lots of room to walk around. pools were very cold. TRS the travel club was pushy

the trolly were a bit slow going TRS far from beach no ocean views and I like the buffets to have ocean views

Poor quality of food and drink Restaurants offering limited and very few seats available: food was barely edible in most cases Service and rooms not in line with expectations (Suite was just a double room) Room furnitures and bathroom old fashioned and needs a refurbishment To get a sunbed was a warfare and half of the beach in front of the resort wasn't usable due to wildlife

The location is good, the food was great, the personnel was in most cases good, beach area was ok.

The collonial room was horrible with a bad smell in the bathroom and mold. We asked on the counter desk for crib, for blankets and no response... had to come few times to get a blanket. And they said that it has not been updated and it is what it is... No charge ports in the room
